1. Your Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, SFS 2005:59), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement. You can do so by:
- Sending an email to mail-us@wyxranorphranux.world with the subject line "Withdrawal Request."
- Including the following information in your withdrawal notice:
- Your full name.
- Your order number or date of purchase.
- The date you received the product.
- Your mailing address.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition in which you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
Please note: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of dietary supplement products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken, unless the product is defective.
4. Returning the Product
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the product back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective or was incorrectly delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt as proof of return.
5. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at mail-us@wyxranorphranux.world. In such cases:
- We will cover the return shipping costs.
- We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
- You have the right to report a defect within a reasonable time after discovering it. Under Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen, SFS 2022:260), you have the right to claim defects for up to three years from the date of delivery.
7. Exceptions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank account or payment provider statement.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

9. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with how your return or refund was handled, you may:
- Contact us directly at mail-us@wyxranorphranux.world to resolve the matter.
- Submit a complaint to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at https://www.arn.se.
- Use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes to This Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes will not affect returns initiated before the date of the update.
